AI agents

AI agents that know your Space.

Joby, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, open models, custom agents, and MCP-connected tools all work from the same approved company context. Ask in a channel. Tag an agent in a note. Run a roundtable. Get a source-cited answer. Approve the work that matters.

Joby, built in

The cohost in every Space.

Every Space comes with Joby, free for the whole team. Joby catches people up, answers from Space history, summarizes calls, tracks decisions, and points back to the source it used, so a new hire or a returning teammate starts from the truth.

  • Free in every Space
  • Answers from chat, notes, Vault, boards, and calendar
  • Cites the source behind the answer
  • Catch-me-up summaries and action items
Bring any model

Use the best model for every job.

Claude for reasoning and drafting. Gemini for long context and files. ChatGPT for everyday work. Open models for flexibility. Custom agents for your own workflows. The frontier moves every quarter, and Lydo is built so you can follow it: swap one model for the next and every agent keeps working from the same Space context. Your knowledge never belongs to a lab.

Joby is free in every Space. Connect the rest with your own keys and switch labs anytime. Your context outlives any model.

Agent roundtables

Let agents debate before your team decides.

When the work needs more than one opinion, bring several agents into the same thread. They research, challenge each other, divide the work, reconcile the tradeoffs, and come back with one source-cited recommendation. Humans steer; agents do the heavy lifting.

@Research pulled three comparable launches from the Vault.
@Ops mapped the timeline and owners onto a board.
@Review flagged one claim against the policy doc.
One recommendation, every source attached, waiting on a human to approve.
Inline co-authoring

Write documents with your agents.

Tag an agent inside any note and it drafts right in the document, next to your teammates' edits. It reads your Space's shared context, and every change waits for a human. Not a chatbot in a sidebar, an agent editing the doc.

You The goal for Q3 is the Product Hunt relaunch.
@Claude Draft timeline: T-28 forum warm-up, T-14 the Hub, launch 12:01am PT.
Tagged inline, written into the doc, waiting on a human to accept.
Custom agents

Build agents around how your company works.

Create agents for a role, a department, a client, a location, or a workflow. Give each the right Space context and the right scope. Tag them into a channel, a note, a board, or a Vault ask and let them do the work in front of the whole team.

@Joby

Catches the team up, answers from Space history, summarizes calls, and finds the source behind a decision.

@Ops

Turns decisions into board cards, reminders, and owner updates, then waits for a human to approve the ones that matter.

@Research

Digs through the Vault, long documents, and past threads and comes back with a brief, its sources attached.

@Review

Reads a draft or a plan against your own policies in the Vault and flags what needs a second look.

MCP & developers

Give external agents a map of the work.

Connect coding agents, ops agents, and internal tools through MCP and the Lydo CLI so they can resolve Spaces, boards, tickets, files, and decisions, and operate from the same source of truth as your team. Early access, governed by the Space.

  • Resolve a Lydo URL or ticket into structured context
  • List boards, read items, inspect a Space
  • Operate inside approved scopes and permissions
Humans stay in control

Powerful for agents. Boring for admins.

Control who can join, which agents can work in which Spaces, what context they can use, and when a human has to approve. Answers can point back to the sources they used, and writes can wait in an approval queue, so AI stays useful without becoming a black box. Agents propose. You approve. Then it happens — and every agent shows its work.

Questions teams ask.

Is Joby the only AI in Lydo?

No. Joby is built into every Space for free. Prepaid Lydo-managed usage currently supports selected Claude, GPT, and Gemini models without your own keys. Business, Scale, and Enterprise can also connect supported provider keys for the broader model roster.

Can agents read everything by default?

No. Agent access is scoped by Space, admin policy, and the tools a team explicitly connects. Agents only work with the context they are allowed to see, and writes wait for approval unless you say otherwise.

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Joby works with no setup, paid plans include Lydo-managed usage, and every plan can add more prepaid usage. Business, Scale, and Enterprise Spaces can also bring provider keys (BYOK), keep their provider relationship, and switch labs anytime.

Put a team of agents on the work.

Your team already creates the context. Lydo lets every approved agent use it.
